What is your return policy?
Due to the personalization of these items, there are no refunds or exchanges.
I stand by my products so if your item arrives damaged, please reach out with 48 hours of receiving your item along with photos for a full resolution.
How do I attach my stroller tag?
Zip-tie's are included to attach your tag to your handle bar. Ribbon also works but be sure to make extra knots to firmly hold it in place.
Care instructions
No special care is required for mats or tags.
Apparel care instructions are included in each listing.
Stroller Tags:
Tags are aluminum and designs are permanent making them durable and weather resistant.
Photo Mats:
Please keep dry.
All Mats are fade and bleed resistant, pure white & acid free.
All mats are shipped with a protective plastic bag and cardboard backing to ensure stabilization and prevent any bending or folding during shipment. I suggest holding onto the bag to protect your sleeve if you are traveling with it or bringing it into the parks.
What if my tag gets wet from the rain?
No worries! Each tag is either made with permanent grade adhesive vinyl or sublimated directly onto the plate. They are meant to withstand most weather conditions- including rain.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift Cards are not currently sold however be sure to check back for any changes.
